Return and Refund Policy

Overview

If you are not happy with your purchase let us know and we will be happy to take it back. You may choose a full refund or another item from our product list as a replacement. If the replacement product is cheaper than the initial product we will refund you the difference. If it is more expensive we will happily offer you the new item at a discounted rate.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.  Damaged, used, or altered returns or anything ACME DESIGNS considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • Items must be received by ACME DESIGNS no later than 30 days after the date of delivery. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at ACME DESIGNS’ discretion.
  • Discounted clearance items with a “final sale” note on the product page may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that are direct purchased from this sole direct link website, other platforms like EBAY will not be accepted
  • Custom-made, exclusive or limited-edition pieces may not be refunded or exchanged.

Please be advised, ACME DESIGNS will provide shipping label but will NOT pay for return shipping/handling costs when an unwanted item is returned.

How to return your purchase

If you wish to return your purchase from ACME DESIGNS, please follow these instructions:

  • Under your “My account” tab, you can view what was being purchased. Clicked at “VIEW” box at the order you would like to make a return and refund. Then scroll down, you will find the “Return & Refund” button. Please click that and answer the questions. then click “Submit Request“. 
  • Your request will be answered by a customer service representative who will confirm your return authorization. He/ She will also provide you a return address.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days, once return request is confirmed by ACME DESIGNS customer service representative.
  • Pack the merchandise for return in the same way you received it, using sufficient bubble wrap, foam or paper cushions for delicate pieces.
  • ACME DESIGNS will provide shipping labels, please print them out and stick it onto the package. However, ACME DESIGNS will not pay for return shipping/handling costs when an unwanted item is returned.
  • We recommend shipping merchandise for return via UPS for tracking purposes.
  • We recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. ACME DESIGNS does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
  • Contact UPS for a pickup or drop off package at a location.

Refund

  • ACME DESIGNS will refund your order on receipt of a return. This may take 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase in the same currency as the original purchase.
  • Shipping charges and duties will not be refunded, except for manufacturing defects or damages.
  • Should there be any defects or damaged items in your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Damages/ Wrong shipment

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately along with order numbers and photos. In the event of an incorrect shipment, defective/damaged item that is the fault of ACME DESIGNS or our shipping carrier, our customer service team will assist with a prepaid label to return the merchandise for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Certain orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card.

Some orders maybe custom made, therefore, cannot cancel after 48 hours of purchase. Since it may have started or finished by then. These items are subjected to “NO REFUND & NO EXCHANGE” nor cannot change. If wanted to change certain information/ details and etc of these special orders, please contact us. ACME DESIGNS are subject to the right reject changes to these special orders.

Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, please contact us to follow up.
